We sell personal care products and related accessories under the One Planet brand.

Product descriptions, specifications and prices are displayed on our website. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that this information is accurate and up to date.

Products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your shopping location and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Any delivery charges and other costs payable to One Planet will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding and offer the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability or other legitimate reasons. If payment has already been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@one-planet-shop.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible. Your statutory cancellation and return rights remain unaffected.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times and shipping options are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver within 30 days after the order is placed, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products, starting from the date of delivery.

This commercial return policy is in addition to your statutory rights, including applicable cancellation rights for distance purchases.

Nothing in our return policy limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products.

7. Premium Membership

One Planet offers an optional Premium Membership with exclusive shopping benefits.

Membership benefits may include:

Free shipping on eligible regular purchases.
20% off eligible products.
A complimentary welcome gift when joining.
A free 30-day introductory period.

Price and automatic renewal:

Premium Membership is free for the first 30 days.

After the free trial, the membership automatically renews monthly at the subscription price disclosed at checkout.

For UK customers, the advertised subscription price is £13.90 per month. Prices for other markets will be displayed before subscription confirmation.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly payments using your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your Premium Membership at any time, without cancellation fees.

To cancel, log in to your customer account and access your subscription management section, or contact us at contact@one-planet-shop.com.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and charges. We will confirm your cancellation and its effective date.

You should cancel before your next scheduled billing date to avoid another renewal charge.

Your statutory rights, including any applicable cancellation and refund rights relating to subscriptions, remain unaffected.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@one-planet-shop.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs to help us resolve the problem.

We will provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, repair or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For consumers in the European Union, the statutory guarantee of conformity applies for at least two years, subject to applicable national law.

For UK consumers, statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation remain unaffected.

9. Personal Information

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence.
