1. SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. may be shipped the same day.

Delivery time is an additional 2 to 3 business days for the Express shipping option to the United Kingdom. Delivery time is 5 to 9 business days for the Standard shipping option to the United Kingdom.

2. RETURN POLICY

You may return any product that you are not fully satisfied with within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product ordered on THE SITE.

If you have decided to return a product, it must not have been used and you must keep it in its original condition. The product must be returned to us in perfect condition, clean and unwashed, unused.

In addition, we will not accept returns of damaged goods or goods that are not delivered in accordance with the order and that are notified to us after a reasonable period of time. In the case of a defective product or non-conforming delivery, we will offer you to exchange the product, to make a new delivery in conformity with the order or to cancel your order.
